Design and creation of a website to support an International Analyst Conference in Munich at the start of the World Cup. The site was completed to strict Corporate Brand Guidelines and a tight deadline.

Easy communication and management for Conference delegates

The Avaya International Analyst & Media Conference site allows conference delegates to obtain information about the conference and register their details online. The site was completed on a tight timeline and conforms with Avaya's strict brand guidelines.

Intelligent emails

Avaya The site makes use of Regonline, a third party utility providing email distribution and registration. Emails are sent out in both HTML and Plain text format with the HTML emails featuring the design of the main site. Delegates are able to submit their details via the website and can manage their details if anything changes. The site is also a communication tool between Avaya and delegates allowing Avaya to keep delegates up to date.

Conforming with Avaya's Brand Guidelines

The site conforms with Avaya's strict Brand Guidelines. This was an important aspect of the project with Avaya having many projects running concurrently during the world cup.

The site allows Avaya to manage delegate registration through a simple and cost effective interface.

The site is coded to valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional and valid tableless CSS.
